How we work with Vonage

Logicalware works with Vonage to provide its customers with an integrated SMS channel. Through Vonage's SMS API, they allow Users to purchase an SMS number and then send and receive Text Messages from the LogicalwareCX platform. This gives their customers complete visibility of SMS communications and the ability to automate how each new Text Message is actioned.

Logicalware has now expanded its SMS feature with Vonage to provide Customers with an SMS Campaign tool with Smart capabilities, such as adding and removing contacts from mailing lists automatically, enabling our Users to save time and money. These mailing lists can be populated from our Customers page where Users can view all correspondence and information for a contact in one place.
