With Business Inbox, your customers can use SMS to reach your main company number (including freephone numbers) or can reach you on Facebook. With simple integration, customers can send messages through your company page on Facebook, which you can then access — and reply to — through Business Inbox.
How Business Inbox works
You can set up any of your users to have access to the Business Inbox. Employees will have the ability to send and receive text messages from your company’s main phone number through the Mobile app, Web app, or Desktop app.
